Quick & Easy Pumpkin Chili

1 - lb ground turkey or ground sirloin
1/2 - cup onion, chopped
1 - 14.5 oz can Zesty Chili Style Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 - 1.25 oz packet mild chili seasoning
1 1/2 - cups water
1 - 16 oz can Bush's pinto beans, drained & rinsed
1 - 16 oz can Bush's kidney bean, drained & rinsed
1 - cup fresh or canned pumpkin, pureed
In a large skillet or dutch oven, brown the meat along with the onion. Drain off any grease.
Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, water, beans and pumpkin.
Gently mix everything together until combined. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and serve with a wedge of cornbread. Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and cilantro.

Nummy Corn Casserole:
1 box Jiffy
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 Cup Sour cream
Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
